Established in 2006 Ace Alarm Services is a family run firm. Managing Director Ben Shorten has been involved in the security industry since 1996 and has worked for companies in the domestic, commercial, retail and banking sectors, gaining valuable experience and insight, into what a customer’s requirements are, and how best to provide a system that meets these requirements.

Ben’s wife Eleanor is a director in the company and is involved in the sales and marketing of the business.
Ben’s sister Gemma is a key part of the team at Ace Alarm Services and as such has many roles within the company. Gemma has been involved in the security industry since 1999 and has experience installing, servicing and maintaining systems across all sectors, experience which has served her well in her combined roles of I.T./ manager and commissioning engineer.
