Eugene started in the security industry in 1995 initially as an installation engineer having a background in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering and went on to the role of Management a few years later.

Eugene has overseen the implementation of systems and standards such as EN50131 and was one of the first to register with the Private Security Authority in 2006. Eugene is responsible for the systems and operations at BBM Secure Ltd.
